C&D ran an article about it less than 2 months ago...seems like the seller put this exact truck on eBay at least twice . Neither one got a single bid.

Where to begin. Convertible ford ranger for same price as used king ranch f150. Hmmm. This will get tons of stares and looks and will make you the most popular guy at Saturday night drag racing pregame. But it’s a 90’s ford ranger with 90’s ford ranger parts and 90’s ford ranger quality. If you just really wanted a convertible truck then buy one of the millions of other 90’s ford Rangers and make your own for 5,000 all in. Just as many stares and plenty of money left for Budweiser and dale earnheart stickers

If we knocked off a 0 it’d be worth some consideration.
Actually that still might be too much.

Maybe if it had a factory 5.0 swap as well, but even then no.

As a Toyota person, I’ve gotta say that the late 80’s/early 90’s Ranger might be the one truck that could compete with the Top Gear Hilux, for the ability to not kill them. Seriously. My cousins has went 50k miles without an oil change, has been wrecked twice, has been shot out, has been jumped(stock height 2WD truck), and thoroughly abused by other methods, and it’s still kicking past 400k miles on the original engine and trans with the new owner.
